Gerald Mosely, Ph.D.

Gerald Mosely is an accomplished Fortune 500 leader with over 25 years of combined experience in leading and developing successful leaders and teams and leading commercial operations in the biopharmaceutical industry. Gerald spent the majority of his corporate career in senior leadership positions at Baxter International and GlaxoSmithKline, where he successfully led commercial and technical teams in the US, Asia, and Europe.

Gerald has coached, mentored, and developed individuals in different career stages around the globe. His clients have included medical, scientific, regulatory, manufacturing, marketing, and field force executives from multi-national pharmaceutical and medical device corporations.

In 2009, Gerald leveraged his corporate experience into a singular focus on advancing the organizational development of leaders and their teams, emphasizing team dynamics of trust, alignment, and accountability for delivering on their missions. 

Gerald received his Ph.D. in Pathology from the University of Washington, conducting his research in tumor immunology at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle. He holds a B.S. in Biology from the Loma Linda University. 

Gerald currently serves on the boards of Know Rare, an organization dedicated to advancing rare-disease clinical trials, Children’s Literacy Initiative, and Your Children’s Bookshelf.
